Can I choose which missions I try during Free Trial?
Yes there is a list of mission which can be taken during Free Trial. You may view any of the trial training missions during the 30-day trial period.
How long does the Free Trial Last?
The Free Trial lasts for 30 days, after which you will need to upgrade to paid membership to access the training.
Why can't I down load Mission Files and Mission Briefs?
The Mission Files and Mission Briefs can only be downloaded if you have a fully paid membership. They are not available for download during the Free Trial.
Can more than one person use my logon?
Not at the same time. We have priced our training to be affordable and therefore the system will not allow the same logon and password to be used at the same time unless you have purchase multiple subscriptions.
What if I wish to change my personal details?
You must have a fully paid subscription to be able to do this. Click on the My Seybienne option located in the Seybienne Banner once you have logged in. This is the control center where you can change your details.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time. The monthly subscription fee is paid in advance and is not refundable once it has been paid. If you wish to cancel do so before your next subscription billing cycle and the next fee will not be taken from your credit card.
I can't find the Mission I need?
All of our missions have a number of keywords by which you can search for the mission you need. If you cannot find the right mission then send us an email and we will either direct you to the correct mission or create the one you need.
Are my credit card details secure?
At Seybienne we take the security of your personal details very seriously. Your credit card details are secured via the Eway secure gate way system and encrypted using VeriSign to ensure that your details are safe. You can use your card at our site safe in the knowledge you are protected.
Will more software be added in the future?
Definately! At Seybienne we are constantly upgrading our training as new software appears on the market and new requests come in from our subscribers. Currently our main focus is on Microsoft Software, but we may expand into other areas in the future.
Do I need to be really experienced to do the training?
You will need to have basic computer knowledge. That is if you can use Windows and the internet you can use our online training. The first 10 missions in each Level I application assume that you have no knowlege at all and take you through the very basics of each package. From there the missions progress through Level I, II and III increasing your skills with each mission. You can work at your pace and progress as fast as you want to whatever level you want. You are entirely in control.
