What you can expect!
As you’ll discover, I’m all in when it comes to having fun while creating successful online courses and membership programs. I’m passionate about helping female business coaches and consultants to create their professional online courses, in 90 days or less so that they can help their clients get results fast!
Your clients want results fast, right? So why shouldn’t you be able to create a professional online course quickly, to satisfy your client’s needs while you also start receiving the benefits sooner rather than later?
So, here’s what I’m going to do! At least once a week, you will get tips and advice on how to make your online course or membership successful. To be clear, to me “successful” means making 6+ figures in revenue regularly, and consistently growing the number of participants who enter your course or membership.
Every now and then, when I open the doors to my own online program, you will get some promotional posts announcing such events, but my purpose here, is more to educate and add value – not to sell you my latest offering! I mean we’ve only just met and neither of us knows if we like each other yet! So let’s start slow, with a “coffee” chat before we start talking commitment! Sound fair? 😉

Hey there! I’m Bronwyn. I have worked in the tech industry and I’ve been a corporate trainer for more than 28 years. I’m also a corporate lawyer specialising in Intellectual Property and Technology law (more about that later). For over 15 years of my career, I’ve been obsessed with professional online courses and membership program creation for coaches and consultants and how to make online courses successful. I love the freedom online courses and membership programs offer both the course creator and the course participant because online courses and membership programs open up so many opportunities to so many people.
In case you’re wondering, I started my first membership program about 12 years ago and I wish I could say the journey was easy, but it wasn’t. I started when the tech was in its early stages and subscribing for training or software wasn’t really a thing, at least not in Australia. Everything was a struggle, from creating the content quickly, to making the technology work and to marketing and promoting the courses. I found it draining and not very rewarding – frankly, I had no idea what I was doing at the time! I had this naive idea that all I had to do was put a bunch of videos up online and I would make a tonne of money. Sound familiar?
In the end, the membership site and the tech were costing way more than it was making. So, I chose to close my first membership down and I decided to start again, but not before I dove deeper into what makes an online course or membership successful. I realised that just creating a bunch of videos and putting them online wasn’t enough – no matter what people tell you! There is way more to it than that! The question I kept asking was …

I studied many of the so-called experts and their methods. Eventually, over the course of 10+ years, of diving deeper into why some people had a successful online course and others did not. I discovered 5 things that must be present to ensure the success of your online course or membership program.
Like many coaches and consultants, the events in 2020, forced me to rethink and pivot my business. I saw many coaches and consultants race to create online courses “the wrong way”, only to be discouraged after exerting a lot of effort and expense for no reward. Many are still struggling to create their online course or membership two years later and many just gave up – which is such a tragedy!
I decided to focus on building a framework that would implement these 5 things quickly and efficiently so that coaches and consultants could create their course fast and know exactly what they needed to do next, to make it successful.
